Terms of Service - Invevrion Partners

1. Introduction

2. Scope
These terms apply to three categories of offerings: (a) structuring services (“Services”), (b) digital educational materials (“Info Products”), and (c) physical materials (“Goods”). By placing an order or booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
3. Services
Services include advisory and planning sessions delivered in person or remotely. All Service engagements are confirmed upon receipt of payment. You may request a cancellation or postponement. Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start. Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before start incur a 50% fee, with the remainder refunded. Cancellations within 2 days or after commencement of delivery are not refundable due to resource allocation. Postponement requests are accepted up to 3 days before the session, subject to availability, and may be rescheduled within 6 months.
4. Info Products
Info Products consist of digital guides, recorded presentations, and templates. Once access has been granted or download initiated, Info Products are non-refundable because delivery is immediate and usage is irrevocable. If technical issues prevent access within 7 days after purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us.
5. Goods
Goods consist of printed manuals or promotional items. You may return Goods within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. To start a return, use our contact form. You are responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
6. Refund Process
To request any refund, please submit a detailed request via the contact form. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Any bank or card fees remain with the purchaser. We will notify you once a refund is processed.
7. Non-Refundable Cases
Certain Services that involve one-on-one delivery or bespoke analysis cannot be refunded once delivered, as dedicated resources are committed to your engagement. This non-refund clause is necessary to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Invevrion Partners be liable for incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our offerings. Our total liability in any transaction is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service, Info Product, or Good.
9. Amendments
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised terms will be effective upon posting on Invevrion.com. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich.
